Watch: Jeremy Renner in New Action-Packed 'Bourne Legacy' Trailer

Közzétette biropp, 2012-06-01 08:18

The Bourne Legacy

"Jason Bourne was just the tip of the iceberg." And now we finally get to see just how true that is with an all-new trailer for The Bourne Legacy which seems to have direct ties to Matt Damon's last turn as Jason Bourne in The Bourne Ultimatum. In fact, it looks like Bourne's path in the franchise directly influences the plot of this sequel starring Jeremy Renner as another agent named Aaron Cross. This new trailer finally gives us a look at the film's story and gets co-stars Rachel Weisz and Edward Norton in on the action with franchise characters played by David Strathairn and Joan Allen also appearing. This looks kick ass!

Watch: Full Trailer for Oliver Stone's Drug Trafficking Thriller 'Savages'

Közzétette biropp, 2012-04-06 16:10

Savages

Earlier this week the first poster for the adaptation of Savages, Don Winslow's book of the same name, from director Oliver Stone (Wall Street, Platoon) showed up, and some keen readers noticed that it was kind of a rip-off of the poster for Babel from back in 2006. Well, the trailer for the film makes the film look like anything but a rip-off and just might mark the return of the edgy, quality filmmaking that Stone was known for decades ago. With a cast including Taylor Kitsch, Aaron Johnson, Blake Lively, Uma Thurman, John Travolta, Salma Hayek, Emile Hirsch and more, this should be quite the thriller.

Közzétette biropp, 2012-04-06 16:09

High School Trailer

"You sick, twisted freaks - you did get the whole school high!" Finally this film is being released! And this trailer is hilarious. Anchor Bay Entertainment has debuted an official trailer on Apple for John Stalberg's indie pot/marijuana comedy High School, aka HIGH School, a Sundance film that premiered in 2010. I thought it was hilarious (my review) and you can certainly see why with this trailer, as it's all out marijuana madness! Matt Bush stars as a kid who has to get his entire high school stoned. Michael Chiklis plays the principal, Colin Hanks a teacher, and best of all, Adrien Brody as a the crazy dealer "Psycho Ed". Hit it!

Official Trailer for Fox Searchlight's 'Lola Versus' with Greta Gerwig

Lola Versus Trailer

"Remember how much I loved Cinderella? It's what messes little girls up!" One of Fox Searchlight's recent surprise 2012 releases is Lola Versus, a charming little indie romantic comedy about a girl dumped just before her wedding, who goes on such of herself and other men. Searchlight debuted a trailer on Apple. Greta Gerwig stars as Lola, vs Sex, vs Love, vs the World, in this fun comedy. Her runaway husband-to-be is Joel Kinnaman, and her two friends are Zoe Lister-Jones ("Whitney") and Hamish Linklater (The Future). This definitely looks quite a bit aimed towards women, but I still laughed, looks good. Check it out!

Watch: Second Trailer for Michelle Williams Drama 'Take This Waltz'

Közzétette biropcs, 2012-04-05 07:52

Take This Waltz Trailer

"Life has a gap in it, it just does. You don't go crazy trying to fill it." Magnolia has unveiled a second trailer on Yahoo for the romantic drama Take This Waltz, written and directed by Sarah Polley, starring Michelle Williams as a married woman caught between another man and her husband, being played by Seth Rogen, who looks particularly impressive in this. The new guy is played by Luke Kirby, and Sarah Silverman is in it, too. I loved the music in the first teaser trailer more, but this presents a better look at the complete dramatic story, and it makes me much more interested in finally seeing it this summer.

Watch: Robert Pattinson in Official US Trailer for 'Bel Ami' Romance

Közzétette biropcs, 2012-04-05 07:48

Bel Ami

Last year brought a peek at the erotic romance Bel Ami starring Robert Pattinson in director Declan Donnellan's adaptation of Guy de Maupassant’s 1885 novel of the same name, and while the film was originally supposed to get a release earlier in the year, it's been pushed back to a June 2nd release. Now we have a new trailer for the story following Georges Duroy (Pattinson), who travels through 1890s Paris, from cockroach ridden garrets to opulent salons, using his wits and powers of seduction to rise from poverty to wealth, from a prostitute’s embrace to passionate trysts with wealthy beauties like Christina Ricci. Woody Allen Writes, Directs and Stars in 'To Rome with Love' Trailer

Közzétette biropcs, 2012-04-05 07:45

To Rome with Love

After last year's charming Best Picture nominee Midnight in Paris, I think there's plenty of anticipation for Woody Allen's next overseas venture in the form of his new ensemble romantic comedy To Rome with Love. The film marks Allen's first return to the big screen as an actor since his own 2006 film Scoop, and he's joined by a stellar cast that includes Alec Baldwin, Jesse Eisenberg, Ellen Page, Penelope Cruz, Greta Gerwig, Roberto Benigni and more. The film follows a number of people in Italy, some American, some Italian, some residents, some visitors, and the romances and adventures they get into. Watch below!

Ray Winstone in First Trailer for Big Screen Adaptation 'The Sweeney'

Közzétette biropcs, 2012-04-05 07:31

The Sweeney

The news of a big screen adaptation of the British TV series The Sweeney is obviously a bigger deal across the pond than it is in the United States, but we've been keeping an eye on the project (with a developing sequel) because it features of Ray Winstone and Ben Drew (aka rapper Plan B) as Detective Inspector Jack Regan and Detective Sergeant George Carter respectively, two members of the "Flying Squad," a branch of the Metropolitan Police specializing in armed robbery and violent crime in London. Hayley Atwell and Damian Lewis also star in the film and now we have the first trailer straight out of the UK.

Watch: A Second Fun Trailer for 80's Jukebox Musical 'Rock of Ages'

Közzétette biropk, 2012-04-03 07:54

Rock of Ages

Towards the end of last year, we only got a taste of what it would be like to have our faces melted off by the musical debut of Tom Cruise as 80's rock star Stacee Jaxx in the big screen adaptation of the Broadway musical Rock of Ages. Now we finally have a preview of the surprisingly fantastic pipes that Cruise has on him as he belts Wanted Dead or Alive by Bon Jovi. There's also great musical glimpses of lead Julianne Hough, Catherine Zeta-Jones, Alec Baldwin, Russell Brand and plenty more. This looks like it could be a really fun time at the movies with a slew of songs everyone can sing along with. Watch it below!

Watch: Full Trailer for Len Wiseman's 'Total Recall' Remake Arrives

Közzétette biropk, 2012-04-03 07:44

Total Recall

"Tell us your fantasy, we'll give you the memory." Whoa - must watch. As promised after that early tease, Columbia/Sony has unveiled the full-length trailer on Apple for Len Wiseman's Total Recall remake, starring Colin Farrell as Doug Quaid living in the future. The cast also includes Kate Beckinsale, Bryan Cranston, Jessica Biel, Bill Nighy, Ethan Hawke and John Cho with some bleached hair, and they all look considerably badass. I'm a sucker for cool sci-fi, and although I don't like Len Wiseman's movies (at all), this actually looks kind of awesome. Way better than I was initially expecting, at least. Dive in below!
